Apparently so.

Replacing the stock intake manifold with Tom's, and then piling an MP62 on top of it, decreases throttled volume relative to the stock intake manifold.

I'm impressed.

1) Fill in throttled volume with e-Cool® injected fuel
2) Reduced throttled volume since there is less volume available for normal air/fuel mixture
3) ???
4) Profit!
