I've never seen any vids with >5M hits, let alone 89M.

She has an unusual name, Kicesie, and if you google her, there are no mainstream news media articles about her.

The things that make me wonder:
- how did she get so wildly popular (yes I know sex is a popular topic, but even with her somewhat hottie looks, 225M is still a lot)
- the media haven't picked up on her

BTW, making a script that fetches the page (but not the entire content), and spoofing the source IP is not that hard. You can even add random referrer and user-agent strings, and if you really want to make it appear legit, you can add other random HTTP headers for the session.
