My wife hit me with a sammich once. It was after a drunken argument in which I called her an effin C, so I pretty much deserved it. I had to clean the mustard off the wall the next day.

Currently up in felony court. I do not expect the 'cruelty towards child without harm' charge to stick when the state makes their filing decision. The battery will drop down to me.
