OK, one more variable. I've been saving for 5 years for a boat, something in the range of 38-43 feet, flying bridge, flat panels, HVAC, etc. Sooo... what's going to get the most *****, the car or the boat with the bathtub in it? Can't have both and I can write the boat off as a second home.
If you like to light money on fire..then take that fire, and put it on your *********... buying a boat is the way to go.
