I am kind of shocked at how many cars were just like 'sucks to be you... PEACE!' and fucked right off. If I was that silver BMW I would have stopped immediately to see if they were ok or needed medical attention.

The difference may be that while Germans are obsessed about following rules, the traffic laws are sensible.

I asked a local how come the Autobahn laws haven't spread to neighboring countries. He said, it's because the car industry has a powerful lobby group.

I thought about this for a bit, and said, "Why can't there be sensible laws written without a lobby group? The common man has no lobby group".

Because they're on track, and there are people trained to respond to that sort of thing, and there are who knows how many cars about to come zipping around that corner, and the worst thing you could do is stop and clog the track and/or create a larger incident because someone runs into your stopped *** on the closed track.
