Damn, I never thought of that scenario. Its a terrible world in which I wouldn't want to live in. NO INTERNET!?

When my power goes out, which is often lately, I have to wonder how much life would SUCK *****! without power. Just sit... maybe play cards, drink a warm beer. Sucks

It would be especially hard for people under 18ish, who have pretty much grown up with the internet. I'm not much older, but it really didn't become mainstream until I was maybe in my early-mid teens. So I had enough experience to be able to function in the world just enough to get by without the internet. Most people get directions there, check spelling, communicate, recipes, phone numbers, news, shopping for anything and everything, dating, ****, ect. It would really put most of the world at a standstill.

I have enough data saved to support a small country. Encyclopedia, maps, recipes, all kinds of documents, movies, music, ****, art. Thats one good thing about being a save ***** I guess.

i went 2 weeks in the dead of winter no hot water or electricty last jan and the dec/jan of 1994, atleast on the recent one we wherent stranded and shut up in the basement with nothing but a wood burning stove and a 2 yr old. So yeah no internet would be boring but i can cope. I doubt i would be able to do anymore **** to my car though. To much of the mods still require the internet.

I could drive without the vein in my forehead sticking out watching people yap their big ******* mouths on the cell phone while doing their best to stay in their lane and not hit me head on. I use my cell MAYBE 2 hours a month, 90% of that being incoming, and half of those I don't answer. I hate the phone. Its always either someone I don't want to talk to, or someone who could simply come over to my house and talk to me face to face.

I love a wood stove...lol

I wouldn't be fighten to get in shape. I would be fishing, camping or something outdoors.

And Ohh the car thing would suck.

Expensive new local parts..$$$$$...Wouldn't happen. Used parts unobtainable...

No one would tell secrets to gain hp, without $$$$.

I remember those days...Nothing to do but drag race, lake & camping, horseback riding, 4 wheelers, and chase girls at church. It wasn't bad....LoL

The cell phone...I like it....But life was less stressful without it.

Dosen't SamNavy have that external hd full of pr0n for when he is on his boat? I would be the first in line to ask to borrow that.

Just wait for for the FCC the get their 'net neutrality' and once all the ISPs go out of business, they'll simply pull the plug on the internet altogether.

I think it would be interesting to see what would happen if the wold had no Internet and no cell phones for a year. I bet families would be closer and the world wouldn't be so materialistic, people would be playing more sports and doing outdoor activities. And instead of jerking it I would be having sex with my wife a little more.
