Waaay back to the original topic, isn't JGTC like the Japanese version of NASCAR (as far as popularity goes)? All the "nice" looking ricey cars look like JGTC (Which was around before drift/time attack/etc I assume.) cars so I think it's an imitation thing pure and simple.
Not that I don't agree with the OP... I think I've seen more asian guys with nice "ricer" cars than anyone else.

I don't find him funny.... At all. But that is not the point; the point is to try to understand the intent. While I am sure at least a minority here could appreciate your sensitivity to racial slurs (see what I did there?), I don't think the majority will. With that said, I could only suggest that you try to understand your audience.

You retard, it's a skit about stupid racist ****. Dave Chappelle plays a blind black klansman who thinks he is white.
Parts of the skit:
-He gets confronted by a bunch of racist whites who want to beat him up, but he doesn't understand they are talking to him so he tries to join in and beat up the black guy. They become confused and leave.
-He calls a bunch of white kids listening to rap "*******." The white kids are like "that black guy called us *******!" "Awesome!"
-He publishes a book and then takes off his klan robes at the book signing. Lulz ensue.
-He divorces his white wife because she was a "------ lover" for marrying him.

An input regarding Risers: In Sweden, just as in several other EU countries, it is in fact forbidden by law to change anything on you engine that may effect emissions or increase the HP of your car, combined with a strict sniff test. Sure, a CAI and some nice exhaust might slip by the inspectors, but that is about it. And when you done that, plus a good suspension kit… what else is there to do to improve the performance? Strip it out? And therefore, you often see cars with huge body kits, spoilers, wings and crap… and a standard engine.
Perhaps the situation is similar in some Asian countries?

What is it with everybody talking Asian this or that...within the "Asian" groupings are peoples that have little in common culturally. So for the OP and giving his examples of his observations while in China, sorry but it doesn't apply for the Japanese, Vietnamese, Koreans, etc.

Would you ******* lighten up already? It's a joke. It's sarcasm. Satire. It's been a part of American comedy and comedy in general for decades. There are comedians who make livings off jokes like this, and they seem to get along just fine in a civilized society.
