Cujo the Samoyed met up with the tree spirit. He liked the tree spirit. Can't say the feeling was mutual. Then he saved up his allowance and bought Toby, the Border Collie.

I lost Molly the pit bassett back in November - cancer got her way too soon - but as of today I've got twin pack of mutts.

Claire (left) is a rescue bassett/boxer/lab mix - 18 months old, a little skittish but adjusting well. And Miley (right) appears to be blue heeler and border collie. I got Miley from a family member who recently split with his wife, travels too much for work, and has grown kids who don't want a dog. Anyhow, these two have hit it off well so far, and I think they'll make a good pair...

Realistically everyone who has a dog should think about the potential for injury their pet can cause regardless of breed or temperament. Remember, just because your dog hasn't bitten someone doesn't mean he won't.
