The idiotic thing is that this was prompted (or the press release was, in any event) by a huge accident that resulted in a death on one of the highways here. The kicker? The cars were stock - their parents cars, not some hopped up "street racer" cars.

It'll never survive the first legal defense, but it worries me that the government is being this reactionary. Go after the drivers, not the cars, IMHO.

exactly my point if the car is raced legally and still street legal then how can they impound it. geez, So what if it will stomp on the streets, it doesn't does it? then leave the nice ricers alone. dammit. So why do we care? We all have turbos, and stock looking cars. The roll bar can be easily explained, and the dropped ride height as 'it's an old car with old shocks'

Out of all of us here, who has stickers/altezzas/fart cans? Very few. We're all for *****-to-the walls power, no showing off.

 

i have altezza tails and i make enough power to be considered to be a race car by them probably they would snoop on what you have done performance wise by tracking what you buy etc.

Also it shouldn't be street racers getting crushed. It should be any car with lambo doors, over 1000 watts of stereo, more that 20 speakers, more nos bottles than seats, wheels larger than +3", more neon than Las Vegas, imports with hydraulics or wearing colored smoke tires.

Seems if French is a Canadian's first language they're pretty much nuts. Who else would come up with the idea that Roy is pronounce Wah. It's friggin ROY already.

French is not the first language of Canada,English is,also Chinese is the unofficial second language of Canada.

90% of Canada does not even know how to speak french or understand it.
