I've got a MEGA stripped lower that I bought once upon a time in a SIG forum group buy. At the time, MEGA was a top quality machine shop that did mostly aerospace type stuff and only produced limited runs when they were in-between big contracts. I figured I'd assemble a custom rifle and get to enjoy picking out all the custom bits myself.

It ended up getting pushed to the backburner and I don't shoot nearly as much as I used to. On one hand, I'm tempted to sell it if there is any froth in the market. On the other hand, it's probably only worth $100 - $200 so it may be better to consider it a sunk cost and just hang on to it for (A) future price appreciation in the event of a new "black rifle ban" or (B) to build as a grandfathered-in component.

 

Lower+lpk is sold out also.

Anyone have a source on .223/5.56 ammo? just bought 800 rounds but i want more. brass preferably, UNLESS its a super good deal on steel.

 

Pretty lousy. But for that price I could afford to practice.

 

Local awesome gun shop, they had full ar's coming in and lowers AND they weren't gouging. Getting an assembled lower and picked up 2 30rnd ak clips.
