Bingo!
Was watching a rerun of MacGyver on TV the other night. Episode titled "The Gun" some kid pulls out a Nagant Revolver at a drug deal.. I lol'd. Bet in 1990 they were like $10.00.. 91/30s used to be like $50 for a Hex receiver.. Then along came the Clittons..
The real question is, could you (SAFELY) machine this bitch to accept 9x19...
I'm assuming the round would probably fit in the magazine fine and maybe all it would take is a little millwork on the barrel.. Then mount it in a vice and string trigger 200 rounds through it.

The SWFA SS 3-9x42 mil-quad reticule.

Here is just one of the positive reviews:

Lots of positive reviews, and many saying you can't touch this scope until you spend twice as much money. They have a group-buy going on the mil-dot that includes a ton of stuff including a bobro mount for $599. It's a steal. They are trying to move out the mildot because of the milquad. I liked the milquad better so I bought it, plus I got a discount on it.
If you haven't looked at SWFA.com and gone to the forum to research optics, then you should. It'sa pretty good forum. Snipershide forum is good to look at for used guns nd optics. Lots of traffic.

Local ammo is at bare minimum $5 cheaper for a box of 9x19 than 9x18 and I really don't want to end up with 9x18 in the wrong gun.....
Am actually kinda wondering if it'd be a very good CCW 'backup' type pistol.. Would be a fun plinker. Doesn't look like you could trim down 9x19s, the cases are very similar..

Drove out to Sierra Bullet manufacturing plant in Sedalia Missouri today and took a tour of the place. They wouldn't let me take any pictures but enjoyed the tour a lot.
Then went to the factory outlet store and bought about $150.00 worth of bullets for $56. "Factory Seconds"
Okay- Did a little Groogling and does appear simple as that. Trim down and size a 9x19 case to 9x18. 95 - 115gr boolits would work great. Kind of looks like it'd be slightly hotter loads than factory .380acp. Factory Specs for 95gr FMJ would be 319m/s and 231 ft-lbs.

Jesus I'm bored tonight, also a little drunk.
Watch this video of some jackass trying to open a case of ammo tins.
Btw, **** those ammo tins and the ********** selling them without can openers...
Took a ******* air chisel and 30 seconds to open it, but I was pissing my pants the entire time..
If you buy one, replace that flimsy piece of **** stock with something more solid... I like the ACE skeleton stocks..
Nevermind the rest of that terd..
I like the ACE Skeleton on an AR too. Solid and padded, great cheek weld.
