Yet Another Gun Thread
Pretty sure the Marines are using them now. I'd like to have one for sure.

Slightly lighter trigger. Smoothrr and a real reset feel.
Self install = yes, just have to look at one of a few good videos online that have tips.

Difference was very very obvious to me. My 4.25 is well broken in, but the trigger still needed love, the 5" with these parts made me

.22lr Savage MKii FSVR... Accutrigger, "heavy" threaded barrel, and picatinny rail.
$225 total with shipping and FFL.
Finally went to pick this up today. As I've read, the stock is nothing I would attach the word "robust" to, but it'll do for now as a training tool and plinker. Have Simmons 22mag scope for it as well, but haven't decided what kind of rise I want for the rings... probably as flush as possible.

I have a Savage in .17HMR that is built on that same action, trigger and heavy barrel. Wood stock and no thready things on the end. I had some problems with mine when I first got it, it was splitting brass like 10 ****'s and spitting junk out the "pressure relief vent" in the side of the action. Turns out I had 6 boxes of that recalled Remington .17. Its a super fun shooter, you should enjoy it. For a cheap *** factory trigger, I actually like the Accutrigger on the newer Savage rifles. Damn sight better than the 9lb lawyer Remington bolted to my 700.

Oh.. My.. God..They're really cool but it has 2 problems. The barrel is 12 or 14 inches long and they were only made in select-fire, so it'll have to be registered as an SBR if I can manage to remove the automatic selection somehow.. Read a writeup on it the other day so I know it's possible just haven't done the extensive research. Receiver for it will be a bitch to reproduce though.
