Big money drag shoot out at Sonoma tomorrow
Just in case anyone is interested and thinks they can be competitive (better have an auto or at least be more consistent than me,) tomorrow night, Sept 18th will be a $2000 or more jackpot. Anything can happen, $25 standard entry fee and $20 to play the super jackpot.
Eff no, I am not giving my $20 to the automatics, I will be playing "Gear jammers" as usual. Hey, maybe if I actually make the top 20 packages list tomorrow, I will try next time. My friends all said, why don't you take your wife's car? Because it's a freakin' stick too.. Wow, was their response, now they all want to meet her. I just need to learn how to use the 6 speed better.
DOT tires, No Transbrakes, No Two Steps, No Delay Boxes, No Open Exhaust, No Tube Chassis or back half cars. Those are the rules folks.
