I think Friday is the same night the FM guys will be meeting folks for dinner at Provino's. There is a movie theater across the road from there at the Mall of GA. Regal 18. Could be convenient, though likely to be super packed with the mall crowd.

My recommendation--a bit further from the restaurant but it's on the way back towards Road Atlanta--would be the Great Escapes Hamilton Mill 14. It's a newer theater and *not* near a mall so it tends to be less crowded, and generally has an older audience (20's+ instead of all the kids).

According to the FM dinner thread, the dinner is Saturday night. I am actually a bit torn of whether I want to go to that or if I want to stay at the track and hang out with you guys.

That's too bad.

On Saturday night, I'm likely to stay at the track. The party at the GRM tent is a blast. There's beer (free, though it will run out at some point), music, and fun times. Wes Cobb will be performing--he rocked it last year.

I'm heading up for this but need to be in FL till Friday afternoon because of a work-related redfish tournament over at New Smyrna Beach :( .
pic (not me)

I'd rather be off on Friday and get up to the track earlier. Debating driving Miata or Tundra. Looking forward to meeting more of you gays and really dig the historic racers, too. Should be fun.

Truthfully I will probably just stay at the track and party at the GRM tent Saturday night. Saturday nights at the track are almost always a blast.

You do know that this is just a big plan to abduct you and perform science experiments on you specifically. Or really we will just all tell you to run MOAR BOOST.

This is the info for the theater I recommend:

Great Escape Hamilton Mill 14
2160 Hamilton Creek Parkway, Dacula, GA 30019

It's fairly new, and pretty close to the track (and not close to a mall). Doesn't look like they're selling tickets yet.

I'll probably just bring my Miata so everyone can laugh at my setup.*

Jarrod, are you riding with us? So far only Gayron has committed but a few of the goons will probably jump in the truck on the way out of my hood.

Well I'll be getting there with my dad sometime Friday morning/afternoon. Hopefully I'll be driving the black 97. The MS3X is wired and I'm going to dyno tune it this weekend. I'll be extremely happy if it breaks 130rwhp

We'll be staying at the best western in DIY's block. So if you guys see my old man, don't give him too much hell, lol.

Looking forward to this lil shin-dig.

My brother and I are going to make the trek.. Hopefully taking my car, thats assuming it doesn't blow up next weekend at the autocross. (First time on turbo, and first time with 275 A6s, should be a blast). Really looking forward to it!
