I had the 13th marked off for it. Meanwhile, I booked the 20th for something else
btw: What was going on in the "mall" parking lot off Roswell Rd. yesterday? I stopped by a fairly large gathering of a random mix of sports cars. I saw Doppelganger's car, but I have no idea what the owner (Mike, is it?) looks like. Oh well, looked like fun!

What were you driving? But yup, Jenn and I were there. I guess we'll be seeing you at the next one... and on the 20th

Dean, the shop owner, set up the time.... so I cannot just change the time. Names for the alignment will be drawn from people there. However, jsut being present that day WILL get you a coupon to get a discounted alignment at a later date.
I could have made the 13th, but sadly probably not the 20th.
Sweet
I'd suggest a caravan, but god knows how long it would take Deborah to get dressed.
Count me in too, assuming I'm awake (I'm on vacation which means I go nocturnal). I'm finishing off my daily driver (1990 SHO) this week, hopefully retiring my current 96 as my DD, and starting on my 94 turbo build - still have plenty o' questions.
Have fun guys. Turns out it's my transmission- got under it with the ebrake half on to load up the driveline at idle and bad rattling coming from the front of the center section. Probably bearing wear... only have one spare Miata trans left. Oh well- I'll be on the garage floor Saturday at 9am.
I'd consider it, but everyone here knows that it's impossible to drive a boosted car w/o gettin' into it. And that would certainly be the demise of the tranny and the end of my trip. I might jump into the job tonight and Friday. Isn't really much more complex than a standard job. The only additional work is moving over the truck bellhousing from the broken tranny and removing the Miata bellhousing from the good one. Just have to overcome my laziness...
