However, I was also told its much better if you go out in a group, and as long as you leave when things look like they might get a little hairy, you should be fine.

I've run several cars and bikes a Kennendale, so I have no issues going to Mansfield, on a Sunday. I would also go to Yellow Belly If I was in even a small group, but unlike Kennendale I would not bring my daughter to that place.

My point is I think most guys would be fine, but if the **** hits the fan don't want to have to worry about my girls. I'm still in.

Hustler, if a group of turbo miatas showed up and beat a couple of v8's, I would bet it would be more shock than anything. But it seems like Todd is saying the night he wants to go in is mainly imports and sport compacts. Thats not the crowd I saw in that video.

And again, if it starts to get bad, we leave!
You hit the nail on the head.

I agree with everyone, meets need to be somewhere you can take your kids.

Sundays sound like a group could make a race day. Kenedale or anywhere the biggest group can make?

Tuesdays Mabe a Twin Peaks, Hooters, Bone Daddy's etc. Or sonic.

What do you guys think? Anyone have a place you prefer?

As for Yello belly, if any rebels wanted to join my 6'3 345Lbs cousin, me 5'9 185 (not fat), and my brother. you are welcome.
It isn't the tea party crowd. It is just street racers. And it isn't the funnest.

The place is a ghost town on Thursdays. You have to go out of your way to meet people. there are only about 15 cars. You mainly race your friends, just to get out of the house.

As far as the turbo miata's. The Mustang guys didn't want to get out ran by a Miata. And the faster drag cars had a given win. So It was hard to get a race.

I go just to get out of the house cheap, burn rubber, and not get a ticket. Also my girlfriend won't go. So a free night with the guys.

Just kidding. Two of the bolts that hold turbo to mani sheered, and the other 2 stripped. One of my exhaust hangers broke and I had the whole wieght of the exhaust on the turbo. I got some new studs that should work but I'm going to be so busy this month racing and whatnot that I won't have time to swap in the turbo again.

Should be boosted again in November hopefully.

Why don't you gays have a meat at my apartment garage and work on my car while I drink beer and "watch TV" with your girlfriends?

Seriously, what do you lack to be finished?

I may be heading over to tune the ms on the yellow Jackel. the dude finally carried it to Munoz and had new motor installed.

I'm going to hit Miata king up as well. The dude from the liquer store. He had a couple of cars he parted out. I think he just went ms too. He's going custom T3.

That's great because I wanted to borrow your girlfriend while you borrow mine. Where are you moving to?
