finishing up some maint. on my car for this weekend. i hope my back (or my butt) doesn't get pissed at me for driving to the track in my race seat!

oh, and also wanted to let you guys know there will be a $10 entry fee for the challenge like we had talked about. you can paypal (send me a pm) or pay at the track. again, come see me, do not attempt to pay or sign up for Tx. Miata Challenge at the nasa check in. they won't know what your talkin' about. we will be setup where jake posted a few posts up, (pass the gas pumps, make a right, go all the way down to the end, make a left, and to the end of that parking area.) i am still trying to get some sponsors for good prizes for the series champs though. regardless series champs will be happy even if only Competition Sound and Voodoo Racing are involved in the prizes, i'll make sure of that.
plus, jason saini from Team MER dropped me a line and said they wanna do everything possible to make a series finale event at msr-cresson! that would be awesome, plus it would be nice to see the progression of car's and lap times, between the 2nd event and the last.

oh, btw if you guy's know for sure your going, let's start a list. that way i can setup the leaderboard before hand. thanks, john.

wags that sux, wish you could join us. what about co-driving a car? jobs a pretty big deal, but a tune isn't. if you have your laptop and software, i have a wideband and could tune your wot within a half hour on the road.

 

I'm singed up and ready to go!!! putting in the roll bar, harnesses today and doing final check and maint. hope i finish in time.

 

that's great. your gonna love having that harness. i knew it made a big diff. but never had one until recently. i would get tired after a few laps at some tracks from trying to hold myself in place.

Outstanding weekend of fun.The 2.9 TWS course was all that everyone said it was. Fast and very fun. Nice seeing everyone and meeting some new friends too. Can't wait for the next event there and running it in the other direction. Another new track to learn yay!

Congrats to the class winners and big thanks to John for getting us all together and keeping track of us (which ain't easy).

that was supposed to be Sept. 11 but nobody wanted to do it. final TxMC was going to be msr-c but never got confirmation so they're out. final will be at tws open track day Nov. 19th (Friday) $125 you can sign up at clubregistration.net or just pay when you get there. new thread will be made for this.
