I managed low-1:44s and up with the traffic and older tires; usually about 2s faster with better tires and at 'competition' pace.
Oh dang, I didn't even see the taped off area for MT.net, but I see my rig in the background of this pic, so I was nearby after all. Haha.

Lol had a blast hanging with all you gays.
I got a 1:47.4 on Saturday -- super stoked about that. Running 220-230 whp or so. That was my only totally clean lap out of both days. Sunday I bumped to B group and has a lot more fun, lots of low 1:48's but again never had a clean lap. It was more fun though so no complaints there.
What a great weekend! Going to be hard to resist doing it all over again next year.
To those who were so kind to my dad I super super appreciate it. I know there might have been some awkward moments. He has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, so he forgets things a lot. So if I seemed like kind of an overbearing or controlling son... Its just cuz I don't want him to get lost or something, ha. He had such an awesome time hanging out with everyone. This is the best damn forum ever, online or offline.

Was good seeing you too man! C on Sunday was much better than D on Saturday, but I was pretty mentally blasted about halfway through.
You did fine, you are a good man Charlie Brown.

Next year I think I'm going straight to B group. I was consistently one of the fastest in my group it seemed. My second to last session I was actually lapping people. Not trying to come off as arrogant or anything but there was just too much traffic to set a good lap time.
I drove in A and didn't see any issues there. Saw some really good driving and passes and moves that looked like in an actual race. I took a few rides in B as well although it did get a little dicey with the vendor cars at times but the vendor drivers handled as best as they could have. on the other hand........
I rode in a car in C group and that was a disaster group. lots of slow cars not giving the point by and lots of said slow cars in a train not making any moves making it very hard to pass. i don't think people in this group were gridding properly using the left and right lanes hopefully next year they can make that a bit more clear.
On another note i got into 1:45's and though i would be able to go faster. i was expecting 143's but the stars didnt align. excuses are tires i dont usually use and i only drive laguna once a year at this event.

Posting a link to an html page doesn't count as image use right? It's a pretty good shot of myself, cxracer, and EO2k.
