I have only ever witnessed one collision at an autocross. Both cars on course. The at fault driver way over cooked his entrance speed into a horseshoe and understeered into a car finishing the course. I dont recall the distance, but it was enough for errors and runoff. Prior to the turn, he grabbed an extra gear that no one else was.......and KABLAMO....t boned him.

I was there, but this is the first time I've seen the footage.

The R8 driver went on to win the HPDE world championships. His reward, hopefully, is paying to fix a wrecked 86 which was a casualty of his championship run.

*Her reward

And also they refused to help repair the FRS is what it sounds like. The FRS did get yelled at by the chick driving the R8 though, she obviously thinks she is not at fault. LOL.

Her also is a winning semi-pro driver, so should have known better.

Aannnd . . . this is why you don't let your friends drive your new 700+ HP resto-mod:

https://www.thedrive.com/news/29648/...-on-mulholland

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Actor-comedian Kevin Hart has been injured in the crash of a vintage muscle car in the hills above Malibu.
A California Highway Patrol collision report says the 40-year-old Hart was a passenger in a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda that went off Mulholland Highway and rolled down an embankment around 12:45 a.m. Sunday.
The report says Hart and the driver, 28-year-old Jared Black, both suffered "major back injuries" and were taken to hospitals. ...
The CHP report says the car immediately went out of control as it turned from a canyon road onto the highway.
Easy come, easy go, I guess.

Why is it always a Mustang ? This guy did this right In front of me, by the time i had u turned to come back and take a pic, cops were on him.

U turn fishtail, spins into center median, shoots across both lanes then into a phone pole. All in a 25mph zone. Nice.

Why do they write **** like that, as if it's nobody's fault? "The car immediately went out of control" no it didn't. The driver lost control. The car didn't do anything.

No personal responsibility.
