279 X 1.15 = 320
270 x 1.15 = 310.5

I think more dyno time will get you there as is. You initially were at 250 the first pull. After some fuel adjustment you got ~280. I think you could find those 20hp with more fine tuning.

Nahh, only with more boost. Fuel was perfect and the car didn't like more timing.

Lev, your manifold looks to be the same design as mine, is yours really, really rough on the inside of the runners? I'm having mine ported/polished/ whatevever to try and make it as efficient as possible.

But, I know that a tubular steel manifold is what we need for big power I guess.

Yea, it is pretty nasty in side. Mine is really old, from like 2001.
