Hey guys,

Had my Miata/Mx5 for about 6 months now, the car is getting there, my next step is a turbo. Get some power in there! I have seen a deal for a TD04 turbo.. Will I be able to get about 250 hp out of this? I am totally learning. Please don't flame me!

 

All the horsepower are belong to you.

 

just get a t3 and aim for 400

Does the turbo actually limit the HP I can get?

Bit more info on my car: Brought it for $3200 in April. So far I have installed a hard dog roll bar, Cusco Strut Brace, Oz Racing Adjustables, New front Bumper, New Hard top and also a respray Now to start with power....

 

The only thing that limits the HP you can get is your budget.

Do yourself a favor and do some research on this site. THe answers are there.

welcome just search first or they will crucify ya. and yea the turbo size limits your power.. for instance t25 good for 230-240, obviously with right injectors , management etc. take care
