Hey everyone has opinions so I respect that.
This forum is way more go than show. The big problem with body kits is that 9/10 are usually done by some kid in his driveway with no clue. The fitment is terrible, the paint never matches, the paint is cracked, the rest of the car doesn't support the kit, wheels don't "work" with the kit, stock micro brakes, no thought into exhaust placement, etc...

And that's kind what yours looks like. The fitment on yours is absolute *****. Nothing lines up properly, the assembly looks terrible. The huge open gap under the rear bumper with the completely out-of-place monster chrome muffler is just plain ugly. There are huge gaps in the wheel-arches, and the intercooler is placed way too far back, leaving a huge gaping holes in the front bumper.

Doing a body-kit correctly is usually just a matter of money. Buy well-made kit from a name-brand company. Have somebody who knows what they're doing install it and paint it using a quality process. Buy wheels that fit, upgrade brakes to match wheels. Put effort into choosing an exhaust that complements the shape of the muffler and fits into the overall "plan". If you buy a kit with a huge nose, figure out how you're going to fill the nose. Then tint the windows and you're done.

Again, this all cost's money. Kids who buy cheap knockoff body kits and install them in their driveway lose interest when it looks like ***, then they never paint it, or get a cheap-*** paint job that makes it look worse, and they don't have the money to do any other work to the car. That's why we hate body kits around here. They're usually just ******* aweful to look at... and in most cases they increase your aerodynamic drag and actually make your car slower.

HAHA I was thinking just this. I see thread title, get excited for a killer sleeper. As I'm paging down I see the orange and am like "ugh...", then see the top of another pic and get excited again to see that sleeper, scroll down... "AHAEHHAHHHHH WTF?!@?"

Nice manifold though. +1 for zip ties on the oversized EWG hoses.

Well I like my ride the way it is. Ive had the kit on since 03 and never changed it atleast for now. Im sorry that you guys dont agree with me but I never said it was a big dick status.
I do however get compliments here n there specially when they see it move. I guess my car is not liked among you guys tho.

That's because when you speed away from them they don't have to look at the horrid body kit.

With a stock body, you would have a car in somewhere around god status. I'm with them though... as is, its ugly. As a stock body car, I'd be drooling.
