First post noob turbo questions.
I currently own a 1990 1.6 miata as my first miata. Its kind of a **** box and want to build a turbo 94-97 1.8 so I am looking for a clean one currently.
I am hoping to make anywhere from 225-250whp reliably and was wondering what the best way about going about this would be. I have heard good things about Lars mk turbo kit and would be leaning towards that kit. Will i be able to make these numbers with the mk kit or what will i have to do to achieve those numbers?
Does the full kit come with everything needed to install? I would be putting in an upgraded clutch and fuel pump and maybe bigger injectors over the 640 injectors included in the kit.
I have never worked with turbos and was wondering how difficult this project will be. I have time, patience, common sense, and some money saved for quality parts/kits. I do however lack knowledge and experience as I am only 19.

Also Lars said the kit when I messaged is good for 170hp-200hp depending on the tuner how would I increase that to 240ish would that just be a more aggressive tune pushing more boost or?
Also whats the best order to install the parts? I am able to have the car down for a little while as I have another car. From reading things on here I should probably do the clutch and the ecu first, break in the clutch, then injectors, fuel pump and then go to the actual turbo parts? I am a tuning noob and known pretty much nothing but like I said I can learn will I realistically be able to learn and ge the car running right for when I install injectors, ecu, etc? I will be taking the finished car to a dyno tuner when complete.

i need all the tips i can possibly get to make everything go as smoothly as possible and what i realistically need to do. does the mk kit come with any gauges and if not what ones would i need? i would assume boost, oil pressure, and a/f?
