So I've been working on this car over the past 10 or so years with my friend. Now its finally time to get her running again after sitting the past 4 years. Its a 96 1.8L fully built bottom end and head, currently powered by a garrett gt28rs and supporting goodies. Anyway, the cams kept snapping in 2 pieces and now the cam collar is scored beyond repair. I found this forum browsing for FSMs, figure I'd post up and say hi. If anyone has a link to a more factory style fsm with picture diagrams, that would be sweet. Im currently trying (and hoping) to pull the head and replace it with another used one. Really hope the pistons are okay.. I'll try to remember to take pics.

my buddy just emailed me a solid fsm, so I'll be fine in that department. I'll take pics when I take pics. Im more concerned with tearing down this block.
