Long time lurker, first time posting. I'm new here and new to a turbo Miata, but not new to Miata's. My latest purchase is turning into a full on dedicated autocross/track day car. It's a 2004 MSM, FMII kit with GT3560R, FM oil cooler, EGR blockoff, Hydra Nemesis 2.7, FM VMAXX Xtreme coilovers, poly bushings, 245/40R15 RS4s on 15x9 Juengblood wheels, Willwood big brake kit, FM sways, FM frame rails, hard dog hardcore hardtop, hard dog harness bar, sparco sprints on PCI super low mounts, 6 points from Racequip, sparco L360 wheel, some light aero as well as some other small supporting mods (this is now my reference for what I have). I'm really here for ECU tuning and info, as well as general turbo support. I just ran my first autocross a couple of weekends ago, and plan on running as may as I can this season. I have no idea how much horsepower it's making. It's currently running 11psi. I'm currently in the market for tires better suited for autocross, such as the re71rs or ao52, maybe 225 on a 9" wheel, or 245 10" wheel, but I'll have to go with the Nankangs for that. Next up will be digging into installing my Innovate oil temp/pressure sensor and boost gauge with shift light. That's were I'll be getting into the ECU and seeing what's going on (I also haven't hit the rev limiter yet, so I'm nervous as to where it is). Then, it's 3.63 ring and pinion and away we go. Well, I have questions about this ECU so I'll jump over to that part of the forum and dig in. Nice to meet you all. Let me know if I can help.
Welcome! XB is a fun class and it looks like you've got a good starting point for it. I've been having a hard time figuring out tires since the only viable options (IMO) for a 245 are the Falken's, Nankangs or Vitours, and really only Vitour if you want to go wider than that.
