Default Greetings, fellow beings of light.

Hey All,

Been a car guy since I was a teenager, and that was decades ago. I've rebuilt a few old muscle cars, almost died in 1969 VW beetle test drive, daily drove a 2007 WRX for almost 17 years (265K miles), and currently do all of my own work on my turbocharged 1991 NA6. I've been lurking for a few years now as I worked through the repair and modification of my NA6. Thanks to all of you for your combined knowledge to this point, it would have been a even worse to do this without you. Learning the quirks of the Megasquirt has probably been the longest and hardest road thus far.

May car was basically finished in the Fall of 2022, and I have been trying to knock out a few of the tuning bugs while making the last few modifications (like unscrewing the engine undertray that I hacked during the intercooler installation). I'm the fourth owner of this car (at least), and not everyone was as kind to her as I was, so a lot of my initial time with the car back in 2018 was basic repair. Since then, I've been modifying the car to my preferences. Basically, I wanted more power and torque, to tighten up the feeling of the suspension, but did not want to turn this into a full race car where reliability became a major headache. So far, objectives achieved. One engine refresh, and one forged engine build later, the car runs like a champ... minus some idle tuning issues that I'm still working through.

I've joined up to share what I've learned, and to pick the collective brains of the group on a few more issues. Thanks in advance...
