Hello from Indianapolis!
Greetings from Indianapolis! I知 a huge car enthusiast and finally got a project car. Looking to learn a lot from wrenching on the Miata. I知 comfortable doing basic maintenance such as fluid changes, brake work, etc. but really want to dive in and learn as much as I can.
Decided to go with a Miata due to it being a really versatile platform with a lot of community support. Picked up a really well kept 1999 NB Miata with only 88,000 miles. Super clean and compression test was great.
My plans are to turn this into a fun weekend track car. Going to upgrade the Miata for a turbo setup. From what I致e read 250 hp would be awesome to reach and make this a beast on the track.
Look forward to scavenging threads for great info and learning from all of you guys!

Hey I'm new here too and looking to learn more. Love the white it looks really clean. I used to live in the Indianapolis area on 40th and guilford right off the fairgrounds. There's an amazing pretzel shop called Pat Philly's Pretzels I ate at every day if I remember all this right it was a decade ago. Anyways, hope you love the area up there and good luck with your Miata.
