Turbo not hit block because block not there. They know how to deal with every problem!

You can do a turbo build on the cheap, but you need to have a really good grasp on what makes a proper turbo setup. Usually this takes a bunch of trial and error, a bunch of reading, and cash. I would keep your eyes open on the classifieds here for someone selling one of their kits from flyin or begi.
