Hey guys. So excited!!
I was busy all weekend. I deleted the FS thread last night and had hoped that another mod would take care of bannings for me while I passed the **** out.
I smoked 30 pounds of pork butt for 18 hours over the weekend.

All of my dogs are trained in German, since most of them were trained in Germany.....But I also train in German and use English commands if I am asking them to do some thing. If I give the command in German, that is an order and they know they must obey.
Thanks for fixing this Lars. BTW, what temp do you smoke your meat at? lol..... I like to smoke my pig for 20 hours at 180ish. When I was in TN a couple weeks ago I had a "pulled" brisket that was amazing! I think the key there is to smoke it for about 22-24 hours because when I smoke brisket for 16-18 hours it is not that way. More like a prime rib at that point. I plan to try the 22 hour method this weekend and see if I can get it to fall apart. Was that an Egg?

We can't even spell certain trigger words around our dogs without them getting excited (dinner, walk, grill, their names, etc). They literally have learned to recognize what "w-a-l-k" means.
I wonder if I could teach them their command words in Spanish and have bilingual dogs...
