Your car reminds me of my first Miata.

Funny thing is when Miatas first...Uh hum...came out, they were not at all considered gay. I get one, and soon afterwards.....

I would wait until you have some backup option before you get into turboing. Turboing your DD with no backup will only lead to problems.
