Hi from Scandinavia
Hi guys,
Been lurking around for a few months soaking it up. It's not easy to make a meaningful contribution with all the info already posted here, even though I am a mechanical engineer!
I got my Miata last spring - my first soft top. After enjoying most of the summer, I just started working on it. Lifted the engine out to change the engine mounts, clutch and at least do some head work. Engine is feeling quite tired. I have some nice stuff waiting to be assembled/installed as you can see from my signature. I also very much like your idea of a coolant reroute.
Not aiming for mega-power yet, just happy to get everything in working order.

Welcome, good first post. Enjoy your stay. As for contribution, a build thread is a great way to start. Document your build so other noobs in the future can see what parts you chose, why, and how they performed when it was all done.
