My name is Greg, been on this site for a while now...on and off for 6 years now. I'm 25, proudly serving in the US Air Force, been in for a little over a year and a half now, stationed in New Jersey.

I left the miata community in the summer of 2011 when I sold my second miata and then later got into my current 350z.

Miata fever caught me again, so I'm buying my 3rd one in the next couple weeks or so. That's gonna be my rollcaged toy that I can mess with so I can keep the Z the way it is for a while, I have everything planned out like the last one, only better (and I won't sell this one).

Anyway here's a picture of my Z for you guys for now:

A bit OT but enlisted or an officer? How was joining at 23?

 

Enlisted. It was a little weird, since I came in with quite a bit of life experience but it wasn't too bad. There were a few older guys in bootcamp. Now, most of my friends here in NJ are a little higher ranking but that's really it.

Thank you thank you. I've been contemplating turning the 350z back to a bone stock car just to have one "normal" car next to the miata.

Jim, welcome aboard, and I appreciate your enthusiasm, but hope the dozen posts you've made in quick succession aren't an attempt to get around the minimum post count.

These days, that's pretty much what 25% of the newbs do...unfortunately.

No real update on the car, just been doing fix-up stuff, will make a "build-thread" soon!! But I appreciate all the nice posts, it sure feels good to be back.
