MI miata noob check in
Hello, I'm Stewart from the metro Detroit area. I've been lurking on this forum a lot lately since I'm getting ready to start piecing together a turbo setup. I've had a bit of a revolving door of cars over the last few years, I currently daily a speed 3, but I've had my Miata for a little over a year now and have done some basic suspension mods and what not and I think its time for more power. Its a 95 M edition with 95k on the clock, the paint needs some help but its rust free and is mostly stock. Vmaxx extreme coilovers, Hard dog M2 roll bar, isr exhaust, and an ac/ps delete are all that I've really done to it so far. While its in storage for the winter I plan to gather and hoard most of the parts that I'll need. I'll have to upgrade the clutch and install a megasquirt before I can really do anything though so those are next on the list. Can't wait to get started on this project and for the snow to melt. Looking forward to seeing some of you out on woodward next summer.

Hey Stewart. Welcome. Yeah not the greatest time to have a new Miata lol. The snow out there is crazy right now. Hopefully I'll see ya out at woodward or the tracks this summer. -Will (Rochester Hills)

That car looks familiar. There used to be an Asian that had a purple 95m on some wheels that rolled around here about 6-7 years ago.
Welcome to the club, there are plenty of us in MI that go fast in Miatas. Lots of us are on here too.
