Best HP least lag would probably be what I'm aiming for, EFR 6758 in a twinscroll housing. Should meet your goals according to their configurator at 27psi if I remember right, and the lag will be minimal because it's twin scroll.

Any thoughts on the garrett GTX2863 R? not sure if the R is on that one or not? I was looking a BW EFR 6758 on their match your turbo calc. I would concur that you have seleceted a decent one for my build. The calculator was also looking good at the EFR 7064. At this point my brain hurts.
