If you are buying a kit, it would be best if you just give the kit maker BEGI a call. They will patiently answer all your questions, and their answers will be pertinent to the parts in their kits.

Also, give FM a call.

Tell both BEGI and FM that you need to pass OBD2 emissions inspection.

Regarding "H20 injection bung" that is for water injection which you probably don't want to get into or worry about at this point.

For the record, I have gotten a low compression BP turbo to pass maryland emissions in a car that only came with a 1.6L SOHC.

Yeah tailpipe test, the car has a cat and we did tune specifically for emissions
