Do they still have the big long strips of metal? If so you're gonna want to shear some of the 1/2" for flanges like head-manifold turbo-manifold and turbo-down pipe. I can probably give you some rough estimates of all the flanges or even some stencils(I have outlines for the manifold flange t2 and t3 footprints and garrett and chinese t series outlet, and could probably make one for the t3 outlet too). As far as cutting them. I rough cut them with the plasma cutter, then you can clean them up with a milling machine or just let them go(Like I did with some). Thinner stuff can be used for exhaust flanges, but I'd recommend vband. Just pm if you need more info/help.
