05 + MS3x no power to pin 4AF?

Thanks for the inputs. Now just for your sake, what would you do for EBC?
I don't use EBC so it's fine for me to use it. But WLED? That's not on my DIY MS3x; thats on the DIYPNP is it not?
You say pin 3 for WLED, but that's a spare pin, apparently for CAN output. What's the deal? I'll be bolting my MS3 somewhere that I'll likely be able to see the three LEDs (one of which is removed so I could scavenge a 1k resistor), so I figure I could use that for CEL and Charge, which would give EBC back. But not everyone will be doing that.
I am extremely pleased so far. I could barely get the 6stang above 2k rpm because I was narrowband tuning. I am having one HELL of a time getting the Miata started even with your base maps, but I'll work on that in my free time.
In the meantime, loving how well the progressive spark retard/cut works. <3 <3

the LED circuits don't actually attach to the DB37, so you'd wire either of them up to any spare position on the mainboard. So Spare 1-4 or, the (4) spare IAC holes. I picked Spare 1 and WLED (which is the center LED or Warmup LED).
Not enough circuits left on the expander board otherwise...

I got crazy sidetracked on this.
Brainey-o, for clean slate and to undo my fuckery of months ago, I reloaded your basemap from trubbo kitty, changed my two pins for my wiring setup, and it cold started OK.
Warm starting didn't happen. I turned your IACV cranking duty across the board from the 60s down to the mid 30s and it jumped to life when warm. More to come as this becomes a dailyable setup.

I am in the same situation that you were. I have an 03 and after troubleshooting why my MS was not getting power I noticed that 4AF was not supplying 12v.
What did you do in TunerStudio to activate the main relay? Create a Programmable On/Off Output that is always active on an unused injector output?

yes. it MUST be an injector output if using the ms3x, otherwise you can build something on the mainboard that's protected. The main relay will backfeed 12v -- using the med. output drivers with the flyback mod causes a fault.
I updated my docs to show using WLED. but you can't use the LED circuits on the mainboard if you have the knock module.
