Backup in September of 2011 Braineack built me an ECU (which works flawlessly) for my 90, 1.6L Miata. I'm actually looking at buying a 99 Miata and wanted to know what all needs to be done to get my current ECU working on the 99. Thanks!!!!

 

This Brainecu, is it an MS1, 2 or 3?

If it's a 2 or 3, all you'll need to do is build an alternator control circuit, re-do the harness, and reconfigure the software.

 

I believe it is a two, is that a lot of work? Is it cheaper to sell the one I have and get a new one?
