Default 99 with 04 mazdaspeed, cranked but wont run

99 mazdaspeed swap using stock 99 harness & ign. Car runs fine with stock ecu until it hit boost bc there no timing control. Installed in parallel, MS2(firmware 3.1.1) with CAS & unplugged stock cam & crank sensor. Reading as much as I can but still a noob, so any help would be great.

Can I run it with the stock sensors & how would I setup it up in MS? The PO had this setup on 00 turbo NB, so I want it to be simple.

Help, anyone? When I trying to set the timing with CAS, I notice pulses are too slow to see the mark. It can't be the battery bc it's full charged, so Im looking at my wiring harness & unsure about d37 pin 24 white shielded wire for cpk & pin 25 for cmp. What do I do with black & bared wire in shielded wire?

After reading & researching in the forum, All I have to do to run stock 99 sensors on ms2 is change the ign setting in tunerstudio to miata 99/00 & retune ms2 for cold start bc PO had upgraded to 650 injector.

So do I need to tap pin 24 & 25 d37 to stock ecu?

The more I research the more confused I get. Anyone running 99 ms2extra v3 3.1.1fw in parallel with CAS.

1. 24 cpk & 25 cmp CAS wired directly to MS, getting 5v cpk & 10.9v cmp must be wired wrong on the MS board

2. spark A & B output, 36(3H) & 31(3G) (miataturbo.net) or 36 & 6 (MSextra.com) what happen if 36 & 31 is swapped on harness?

Some site had IGN swap IAC2B

Update!

Gave up on the MS2 because this was my DD and I started a new job recently. I bought a timing wheel for $30 and threw the Powercard Pro back on and it still would not rev past 4000rpm as before. Did some researched and found out that 02-05 had VTCS not VICS. So I unplugged the VTCS and Holy sh*t this thing haul ***.

Thanks everyone!
