When uploading firmware the batter voltage in the car is given at 12.4v if I remember correctly.

The car starts pretty well from cold its just that it wont come off warmup enrichment because the CLT reading is stuck at -40 degrees C. To get the car to idle properly, I put 100% in the -40 deg C box in WUE and it then idles with a close to stoich AFR.

This in turn gives the problem that it wont start when warmed up, again as there is no CLT reading.

Those numbers were an example since they're taken from the GM IAT sensor (which you really should be using), but yes, that is how you read it. Just set your DMM to ohm.

check that your sensors are grounded. Check with the multimeter continuity from MS CLT pin to the plug itself. Check that the other pin is grounded. Did you try reloading CLT resistance values with easytherm? Same goes for IAT.

When you say the resistance values, what exactly do you mean? I used easytherm to send the .s19 firmware file from the MSPNP with AFM folder. I selected custom, clicked download to MS and then chose the msextra .s19 file.

That what you mean?

Thanks

Success!

Fitted the GM AIT sensor, worked first go

Fitted the GM CLT sensor, worked first go!

How the hell did I manage to fry both sensors?

The never ending saga continues........

Its running like a dog.

Ive:
fitted the GM Ait sensor, its just sat next to my air filter to replace the AFM for now
Fixed my CLT wiring and its working now
Jumpered FP and GND for fuel pump
Flashed the firmware using the download-firmware.bat file in the non-afm folder
Uploaded the PNP non-afm map
Adjusted req-fuel for injectors (340cc)
Adjusted the cranking PWs a little.

AFRs are 21 ish, which is obviously wrong as it wouldnt run, must be missing a cylinder? Seem to be getting spark to all 4 plugs though although they do look a little black, only 2 weeks old plugs.

Heres the .msq and log of me starting it up. I only blip it once or twice in this log, most of the fluctuations the car is doing by itself
