Default all calibrations not shown in tunerstudio

Just getting started with an ms3 install in an 04 msm. It's last years ms3 with 1.3 firmware. I have purchased to upgrade the tunerstudio. I have gotten to the point that I can now begin to configure my sensors, however my ts program only lists calibration for: tps, map, battery, unlock, and tables for thermister, afr and map.

My instructions show that I should be able to find IAT under tools.

Is this calibration somewhere else, or is it possible that the old firmware doesn't work with my version of tuner studio?

The MSM IAT calibration is rather weird; it's nowhere near the standard Mazda sensor readings. We have the values for it in our MSPNP install article at the bottom of the page: MegaSquirtPNP by DIYAutoTune.com

We used the IAT going into the intake manifold, and no, it's not the same calibration as the other. No idea why they used two different calibrations on this.

ait2 goes into the tb elbow right before the IM. that's the one to use
(actually you still really want to use the GM unit as the oem ait2 reads really slow)
