I'm going to flash the firmware sometime this week and hopefully it will be sorted. Yunvmegt, if you have 18psi's tune for 93 would you mind posting it?
UPDATE: Got the ecu out of the car today and was planning on flashing the firmware but I opened it up and it appears there is no boot jumper(Not sure if it's normally somewhere in the unit for safe keeping). I'm not exactly familiar with megasquirt assembly either so I could just be missing it. Is there anything special about the jumper or can i pick something similar up at an electronics parts store that will work?
Thanks for the help guys

I successfully flashed the firmware to ms2 extra rel 3.2.1 the other day eliminating the connection issue. If wanted to use a tune from the PO or a base tune that was setup with 3.0.3x I am assuming it is different and would not work. Is that true?
Just to get the car running how it was previously, I entered in all the same values from the old tune into the new tune and re-calibrated everything. Car started but didn't sound right and died right away. Because of this it seems like it might be better to just flash the ecu again with 3.0.3 if i can find it and start with DIY's base tune. Any thoughts?
