Default Borg Warner EFR boost control (EBC) settings

Ari asked me for my boost control settings for EFR. Figured I'd post them here. These work well for me on high-boost wastegate. With other wastegates and boost targets you may need to tweak them.

In for sub. I'll probably copy for my setup.

Question: Is it hard to route the wires for the EFR EBC? I was worried if it'd get to hot for the wires.

I route my wires in front of the engine behind the timing belt, along with crank sensor. It's not a problem. and I can easily unhook the EBC connector.

Make sure you connect the solenoid correctly

The electrical connector is a Bosch EV1 pigtail

Red wire +12V, black wire wired to BOOST on MS3X or whatever boost control pin you use.

The above pinout is custom for your ECU only, since you have a DIYPNP-based MS2.

IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER MS LABS ECU!

On that note: Don't load random MS2 msqs for no apparent reason on your ms3x.

Oops! I thought the pinout was standard on the 2nd generation E-DIYPNP ECUs. I'm glad that was clarified Rev. Thanks for the edit Brain.

Sorry to bump a super old thread, but the useful part of the OP has disappeared. Since this is the first hit in Google for any combination of EFR and EBC, @soviet , could you please re-post?
