Default Can't get my 1990 1.6 Miata running with my DIY MS2!

Hi everyone, I'm having a crank no start issue with my MS2 DIY build right now. I hear the fuel pump priming, but when I go to start the car it just cranks and doesn't even try to start. Not even a kick! I followed the Miata Turbo Wiki build guide and mods, and I did Reverant's spark output. I attached the instructions I followed to build my MS in the spoiler if it's of any help. I am 99% sure I built my MS correctly and I'm 99% sure I built my harness correctly but I wouldn't definitively rule anything out of possibility yet. Yes, I ran my MAP signal line, removed the ST Sign fuse, and jumpered the AFM for the fuel pump. I also have my IAT kit installed and hooked up to the AFM. I did the 'calibrate thermistor tables' thing, configured my fan output, and set the timing to fixed. My Miata has been sitting a while so I jumped it with my other car while I was trying to start it, so its definitely not the battery. I made a log file on my most recent attempt to start it. This is my first time ever doing something like this so I'm not sure how to read the log file or what I should even look for. I know I need fuel and spark for the car to start but I don't know how to check if I'm actually getting those things. I attached the log file and my current tune file. Any help at all is appreciated, I'm just hoping I can get my car up and running before springtime. The car is a 1990 1.6 and the MS is a MS2 DIY. I built the harness by hacking the connector off my old ECU. Please let me know if you guys want pictures of anything, I'm more than happy to provide.

I'm hoping its something obvious and you guys can just laugh at me and I can get my car running, but I've spent almost 20 hours in total trying to build and diagnose my MS2 kit. I knew I should have just went with a Speedy EFI, or something prebuilt for all the small brains out there. Thanks again.
