Default Car quit starting

So I did a coolant reroute this weekend and before I did it the car was running good. I had to remove the cas and but other than that nothing changed. I am getting fuel rpm and ignition signals in tunerstudio. I have tried other tunes and was able to get the car to start one time on diys base map however as soon as I burned the car shut off and wouldnt start even if I load other tunes and come back to the base. I am out of ideas. Could my cas have craped out on me?

Update.

Got the car started. Seems that some crazyness electrical issue is taking place. I pulled 1 cop and tested for spark and saw none. I then tested #2 on harness with same coil and got spark. I then put the same coil back on one and tested again just to be sure and I got spark. I tested all the other coils and got spark. I then put everything back in and car started up. I turned of the car and started it a couple times just to be sure. I don't know what kind of issue I have. Maybe the harness. At this point I think this thread needs to be moved cause it doesn't seem to be primarily ms driven.

Start the car, then move small sections of wires with your hand. Especially the CPS wires.

Basically, get the car running and then try to make it die.

The feeling of not trusting your car to run/keep running is never fun.

I second unplugged or poorly plugged in connections. Check your grounds and everything else in the area too. And by check I mean physically push in every connector, even ones you didn't unplug.

Fixed it! Thanks for all the input fellas. It was a bad connection on the COP harness. The solder came undone so I went through and crimped the whole harness instead of using solder.
