Default Crank, but no start. 96 miata DIYPNP

I have a DIYPNP that i assembled and jumpered according to diyautotune's documentation. Car is a 96 N/A 1.8 with 36-2 crank wheel, gm iat, aem wideband, toyota cop (have stock coils as well). I can get the car to crank but it won't fire. I have tested the cop outputs and all seemed to fire fine. Took a composite log and attached my current tune. Pulled plugs and smelled gas on all.

Not sure how to read the log. I know the red line at the bottom is showing errors. I just can't figure out what the error is.

You need to set your req_fuel. You mention nothing about different injectors, stock '96 should be 265cc, you have it set at 350cc and the engine displacement at 1929cc.

Sorry, I've got 350cc injectors (rx7 red bodies) and a 2mm overbore, which puts displacement at 1929cc.

Has the car been on MS before? You can try switching from falling edge to rising edge, otherwise try starting in fixed timing at 10 degrees.Try reading this to help. I'm still learning as well, I got my car to start and drive and I'm working on idle currently.

So I believe I've found the cause of my problem. It looks like there is an issue somewhere on the 12V circuit.

Using a multimeter I tested the voltage across the various edge pins and ground and found the following:
vref: 6.09
5V: 5.06
12V: 7.22
Fuel Pump: 12.6
Tach: 6.7
IAC: disabled when testing
VR2: 5.05
OP-: 6.25

Voltage at the battery is 12.7V.

Not quite sure where to start looking as far as the culprit for the loss of 12V on those 3 circuits.

post a picture of your plug wire order.

1.6 to 1.8 swaps commonly dont start because of wrong plug wire order.

Ive attached how my swap looks

I completely misread the thread... not a 1.6 to 1.8 swap... carry on and ignore me
