Default data log saving as mlg

I took a pull while data logging, with the intent of running it through Virtual Dyno. The file got saved as a .mlg file, which VD doesn't read. I tried just changing the extention, but it just had a bunch of errors. Does anybody know how to solve this? File runs fine in Metalog.

I would recommend loading it into MegaLog Viewer and exporting the log as .mls.

Ctrl+E is the shortcut for what its worth.
This is what I have been doing since they changed the default filetype to .mlg

Thanks. I guess I'll have to buy the paid version to do that.

You could just change it in tunerstudio. Change it back later if you want. I can't find what, if anything, MLG has over MSL, absolutely no mention of it in changelogs.

Tunerstudio options > datalogging preferences > datalog format > ASCII Format

Just in case you want to skip buying MLV...
