Default I must be stupid or something. MegaLogViewer?

I bought both TS and MegaLogViewer.

Setup TS, got the MS connected. Ran a few runs with the logger going set to "Composite Logger" and it generates some CSV log files.

I go to MegaLogViewer and open the log and all I see are the ignition logs. I can't seem to view anything else.

I see this screen.

When I go to Scatter Plots there is nothing in the dropdowns to plot. When I go to any other tab there isn't anything there.

I am such a friggin

Am I using the wrong logging or something?

Go to the menu and select data logging/start logging. It will ask you to create a file name and then start logging. When done, open that file in MLV and win at life.

So, wait. I feel like that's what I already did. Am I missing something? Or is it that I used the logging tab in TS to generate my file?

I should use the menu option and that will give me what I want?

In TS, when you are connected to the ECU: Ctrl + L = start datalogging. It will ask you where you want to save the file and what you want to call it. Ctrl + B = stop datalogging. Load the file generated into MLV.

Well between talking on the phone and eating breakfast at 80mph in the 55 zone, I don't have time to use the menus to start a datalog

Also there's no confusion with the composite logger if you use the shortcuts, so it might actually help OP.

Alright, I got the thing to log the right logs. I am obviously just dumb for using that tab for ignition logging, but the dropdown menu worked. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
