I generally cut the CA guys some slack when it comes to proper engrish. From my experience they aren't generally the best. Yes, that was a blanket statement.

As for the phone number, they answer email questions quickly. They most likely don't list a phone number because they can't realistically afford to pay someone to answer tech calls all day, and the people they do have there are already too busy doing their job to talk to every person that needs to call for 10+ minutes.
