Default Does not Sync on MS2

my turbo system is hooked up w/ my 99 MS2 enhanced in my car.

the MS was running with the car while stock.

coming to start it up it does not want to start.

the MS crank, ready, and sync are flickering while cranking the motor to try to start.

it seems as though the timing is out of sync and it backfires

I plugged in the stock computer for a sec and it starts.

MS is now configured for my larger injectors.

timing was checked with 3 people and is perfect. I also changed the cam and crank sensors.

im using the same map that i used while it was running stock.

any ideas?

Ill try and see if i can get a video.

You have no CKP (cam position) signal.

evilvillain,

poop the cover of the ECU and tell where where the wires from OP- and VR+ go. should be in a row right under the white board.

My car was doing that when my crank wheel was on backwards... I figured I'd throw it out there, just incase. That crap took me like 2 months to figure out.

Brain, OP- is connected to 3J
VR+ is open, no wires connected

Well if it was running fine before you swapped the bottom end, then something went wrong with that process. Is the cam sensor plugged in, is the timing belt on properly, etc?
